Customer Service - Altrist System Return or Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Altrist System. If for any reason you're not entirely pleased, simply return the system in the original packaging within 30 days of receipt for exchange (if available) or a refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling.

To return a purchase you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and include this number with the merchandise you are returning. This number insures a rapid and secure refund or exchange of your merchandise.
